Fastest — delete in-app
If you still have the Ravitra app installed, the fastest path is in-app: Settings → Delete account. This immediately and irreversibly erases your account and your personal and astrological data (birth details, charts, predictions, chat history), as described in our Privacy Policy retention section.
No app installed — request deletion here
If you no longer have the app installed, email us and we will delete your account and personal data on your behalf. Please send the request from the email address or phone number associated with your Ravitra account so we can verify it's you.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently erases your personal and astrological data — birth details, charts, predictions, forecasts, Janma Patrika reports, Kundli Milan results, and chat history.
What is retained, and why
We retain records of your transactions and subscription history (payment/subscription identifiers — not your chart or chat content) for as long as required by law for tax, accounting, and audit purposes, even after your account is deleted. See Privacy Policy, Data retention (B7) for the exact retention window.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription
If you have an active Ravitra subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it — Google will continue to charge you until you cancel separately in the Google Play Store (Play Store → Subscriptions → Ravitra → Cancel). See Terms of Use, Subscriptions & billing (A6).
